Operating hours for the HR Department are from 8:00 AM-6:00 PM Monday-Friday with a schedule that fluctuates upon completion of training. This is a busy office and the right candidate will possess the skills to accurately process data and communicate effectively with potential candidates for interpreting opportunities. Youll work alongside our amazing Recruiting team to assist with making thoughtful, efficient hires while streamlining the onboarding process for new interpreters. Any experience in recruiting, sales or a call center is helpful but not required as we are willing to train the right individual. https://www.baystateinterpreters.com/ HR Recruiter Responsibilities: Coordinate hiring activities Undertake clerical duties (e.g. answering emails, updating spreadsheets) Assist with resume and initial phone screens Schedule interviews and maintain calendars for all hiring teams and candidates Maintain candidate database Assess and process records and documentation Resolve issues quickly and with care (e.g. interview cancellations) Assist with new-hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, follow-up calls, etc.) Full-cycle recruitment Collaboration with hiring teams to maintain/update a recruitment needs spreadsheet Other tasks as assigned by the HR Supervisor Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday No weekends Work Location: In person
