HOMEOWNERSHIP COORDINATOR: The Gloucester Housing Authority seeks a highly motivated individual to provide ongoing support, counseling and case management to participants of the Authority?s Homeownership Programs. RESPONSIBILITIES: Case management, classroom and one-on-one pre-purchase, post-purchase and foreclosure homeownership counseling sessions, maintaining and processing records, data entry, determination of eligibility, information dissemination, preparation of reports, provide outside referrals as needed, other related duties as required. QUALIFICATIONS: The candidate should have prior experience in banking, real estate, mortgage lending, credit counseling or First-time Home Ownership programs. Must be able to work independently, excellent communication skills, work with diverse groups and complete the HUD Homeownership Counselor certification within the first year of employment. Bi-lingual a plus. Full Benefits, 20 hours/week. Mass Driver\'s license required. Salary: \$34,070/annually. Please submit resume cover letter to: Gloucester Housing Authority, P.O.
