Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Operations Manager in Gloucester, Massachusetts. This role involves an essential function in the management of operational accounting within our team. The industry demands the application of skills such as CRM, ERP Solutions, and ADP - Financial Services, among others. The workplace environment requires a proactive approach to handling responsibilities and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee operational accounting activities, including payroll, payables, and receivables.

• Ensuring compliance with budget processes and company policies.

• Utilize '3M' and 'About Time' software to streamline operations.

• Handle all journal entries related to operations and ensure accuracy.

• Use 'ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning' and 'ERP Solutions' to manage resources efficiently.

• Use 'ADP - Payroll' for managing payroll operations.

• Manage 'Accounts Payable (AP)' and 'Accounts Receivable (AR)' to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Maintain strong communication within the team and with clients.

• Deliver exceptional customer service for all client inquiries.

• Ensure adherence to compliance standards in all operational activities. Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role as an Operations Manager

• Proficiency in using 3M and ADP - Financial Services

• Demonstrated ability to use CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools

• Familiarity with About Time and ERP Solutions

• Understanding of Budget Processes and Compliance requirements

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

• Experience with ADP - Payroll

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to manage, lead, and inspire a team

• Strong decision-making capabilities

• Excellent project management skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
