TriTown Connector Assistant Operations Manager in Great Barrington, Massachusetts
ASSISTANT MICROTRANSIT OPERATIONS MANAGER The TriTown Connector is hiring for an Assistant Operations Manager. This role works in conjunction with the Microtransit Operations Manager and the Microtransit Program Director. Together, the Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager are responsible for a staff of roughly 10-15 drivers and schedulers. The assistant operations manager also serves as a dispatcher and driver as needed, as well as assists with some reporting duties. This is a 40 hour per week position with a pension plan and excellent benefits. General schedule will be: Sat-Mon 7:30AM - 5:00PM; Tue-Wed 3:00 PM - 9:00PM (approximately). Requirements: Clean driving record, Drug & alcohol testing, at least 2 years of customer service experience, at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Previous experience in transit/operations preferred. Salary range: \$47,000-\$52,000, depending on experience. The Town of Great Barrington is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
