Berkshire Co-op Market* Data Entry Clerk in Great Barrington, Massachusetts
Job Type: Full-time Pay: starting at \$17 per hour Primary Responsibilities - Process invoices by entering product received into the POS system - Review and verify invoices for accuracy - Enter invoice data into the Co-op\'s inventory system - Resolve any invoice discrepancies and/or issues - Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement of invoicing terms - Work with department managers and/or buyers to ensure new items are entered in a timely manner Secondary Responsibilities - Assist with processing credits for product refused, returned, and/or damaged - Maintain accurate costs and prices for product in the POS system - Support the receiving team as needed - Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the Business Manager and/or the Receiving Coordinator
