Berkshire Food Co-op (\"BFC\") Fresh Food Line Cooks support the fast-paced, creative kitchen by cooking established BFC recipes for the ever popular hot bar, soup station, salad bar, and Grab & Go stations. They work with a team of passionate cooks to provide delicious, every-day meals while abiding by the BFC Food Policy and established BFC, local, state and federal health regulations. They follow recipes, keep a sanitized work area, and organize backstock while checking inventory when needed. They are committed to excellence in retail and service standards, ensuring smooth, safe and efficient operations, and curating an exceptional customer experience. They work to achieve the collective goals of the organization and support the Ends, Vision, Culture and Values of the Co-op.
