Owner Services Specialist Job Type: Full-time Pay: starting at \$18 per hour Hours: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm Position Overview: The Berkshire Food Co-op (\"BFC\") Owner Services Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact for all Owner-related activities, ensuring a smooth and exceptional experience for our Owners. This role requires maintaining accurate records, providing support for Owner-related inquiries, and facilitating the Co-op\'s Ownership Program with a friendly and positive attitude. The Owner Services Supervisor works collaboratively with the Customer Service team to support the Co-op\'s vision, culture, and values. Primary Responsibilities: - Guide new Owners through the registration process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. - Process all new Owner paperwork and send out Owner/associate cards - Maintain an organized filing system, scanning and storing Owner-related documents to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. - Provide support for the Buying Club by placing orders, assisting Owners with using the system, and answering any questions. - Manage and update the Owner database in Catapult and file systems in Company Data, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible. - Handle all communications with Owners, including inquiries, updates, and notifications, ensuring prompt and friendly responses. Secondary Responsibilities: - Provide \"front desk\" style support and general information services, greeting Owners and customers with a welcoming demeanor. - Handle incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department or answering inquiries related to Owner services. - Assist with cashiering duties during periods when not engaged with Owner Services tasks.
