BRATTLEBORO, VT - TEMP-TO-HIRE - Client Services Representative Our client, a very busy family-owned company in Brattleboro, VT is looking for a Client Services Representative to join their team! Your qualifications for the Client Services Representative position are as follows: High School Diploma, College Degree is a plus 2+ years customer service/project management experience Graphics/print/mailing experience is a plus Strong computer skills with understanding of database management and word processing Self-motivated and ability to work independently Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage time and work effectively while multitasking with multiple shifting priorities Must have strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines Benefits you will receive as the Client Services Representative: Temp to hire position Full time schedule Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm \$21-\$23/hour based on skills and experience Once hired on, comprehensive Company benefits As the Client Services Representative your duties will include: Provide superior customer service from initial contact through project end Manage client communications Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and on time products Maintain accurate customer database Process requests in a timely fashion Proofread jobs Assist with filing to ensure organization and accuracy Other related duties as requested Are you a customer service professional with project management experience?
