Clinical Director Job Category: First/Mid Level Mgmt Requisition Number: CLINI005554 Full-Time Two Rivers Recovery Program Greenfield, MA 01301, USA Job Details The Center for Human Development (CHD) is currently seeking a Clinical Director for its TWO RIVERS Recovery Center for women in early recovery from Substance Use, including pregnant women and postpartum women with their infants. CHD is a leading non-profit mental health and substance use disorder agency in Western MA and CT. CHD has over 60 programs, 1700 employees and services over 23,000 children, adults and families each year. The Clinical Director is responsible for the oversight and supervision of all clinical and treatment activities for 25 women and up to 5 infants. This includes supervising the clinical team and at times serving people with complicated dual disorders directly. It also involves providing ongoing clinical consultation to the treatment team, in order to provide effective services to individuals served. The Clinical Director is also responsible for the following: Responsibilities: - Providing ongoing clinical based trainings for new and existing treatment team staff. - Working collaboratively with other community agencies and involved parties. - Assessing individuals\' needs, advocating for and accessing various ancillary services for supported individuals. The Clinical Director will interact with Treatment Team staff, Clients, Colleagues, and other community members on a regular basis. The purpose of this is to assess clients\' needs, to develop and provide the most effective treatment services in order to assist individuals to become ready to live in the community and take care of their children without misusing substances. Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Masters Degree in related field - LADC or CADC preferred, willingness to work towards on of these required. - Ability to pass a Criminal Offender Record Information check (CORI) - 5 years\' experience in clinical treatment positions - Supervisory Experience - Knowledge of Substance Use disorders and treatment for such - Individuals in Recovery encouraged to apply - Valid Driver\'s license and reliable vehicle for work purposes
