GREENFIELD TEMP-TO-HIRE Customer Service Representative Job Description Hiring Immediately! Our client in the Greenfield, MA area is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This temporary position has the potential of becoming permanent based on the client\'s need at that time. This position will have you working Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm and offers \$15.00-\$19.00/hour depending on experience. Your Responsibilities as the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to: Communicate with customers via phone and email Data entry for purchase orders Issue credits as needed Work with shipping companies to resolve errors/delays Ensure excellent customer care and track complaints Respond to customer requests for information Maintain neat and clean work area Other office duties as assigned Your Skills/Requirements for the Customer Service Representative position: High School Diploma or GED required 2+ years recent administrative/customer service experience Solid computer skills - MS Office, Excel Excellent data entry skills Good attention to detail Must possess pleasant customer service demeanor Professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Are you a reliable people person who enjoys teamwork?
