Maxim Healthcare Services is partnered with a much respected facility in Greenfield, MA who are currently seeking a Direct Support Personnel to assist them on a contractual basis.

Details of the position include:

Location: Greenfield, MA

Duration: 13 weeks to start, strong chance of extension

Facility Type: Day Habilitation

Shifts available:

ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE

*Client can be flexible with schedules and can accommodate doubles per request.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for adult developmentally disabled individuals

• Be comfortable with behaviors that may arise

• Assist with activities of daily living (I.E personal hygiene and care which will include showering and toileting), community recreational activities, and functional activities

• Maintain confidential files and complete daily report

• Be a positive role model and provide the highest quality of service to our individuals by creating an environment that is safe, respectful and positive.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.

• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.

• Ability to pass a CORI, Fingerprint, and background check.

• Must be able to pass all required trainings including Medical Administration

Start Date: Two weeks from offer

Pay Rate: $20/hr
