Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Hadley, Massachusetts

Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant in Hadley, Massachusetts, 01035, United States. The job will entail providing support to donor relations staff and managing stewardship and loyalty email accounts. This role is a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and producing donor acknowledgment and appreciation correspondence

• Preparing, proofreading, merging, and mailing correspondence including acknowledgment letters and birthday cards

• Managing stewardship and loyalty email accounts, responding to donor questions and requests

• Running reports, downloading data from the donor database and updating data as needed

• Providing administrative support to donor relations staff, scheduling meetings and preparing correspondence, memos, and reports as requested

• Utilizing various software for word processing, spreadsheet management, database management, scheduling, and email applications

• Excelling in interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Demonstrating excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

• Utilizing skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and scheduling appointments

• Answering inbound calls, providing customer service, performing data entry, and managing both inbound and outbound calls. Requirements • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Experience with office management tools

• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Strong customer service skills and detail oriented demeanor

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage and schedule appointments effectively

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks

• Experience with data entry and ability to maintain accurate records

• Familiarity with email correspondence and ability to respond in a timely manner.
