HADLEY Psrt Time Front Desk Agent Flexibility needed: Monday 3pm-11pm, Friday 3pm-11pm, Saturday 3pm-11pm Duties: - Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Assist with administrative tasks as needed Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong customer service orientation - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism - Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures - Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus If you are passionate about providing exceptional guest service, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment we would like to hear from you.
