Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Engineer III to join our team at Hanscom AFB.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Applying system’s engineering principles throughout the systems lifecycle phases: concept, development, production, utilization, support, and retirement.

• Interacting with the Government regarding systems engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts.

• Contributing to the development of sections of systems engineering documentation, such as System Engineering Plans, initial capability documents, requirements specifications, and interface control documents.

• Supervising and mentoring subordinate staff.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.

• 5 years of position-relevant work experience.

• DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II.

• Experience with software engineering processes.

Desired Qualifications :

• Experience with DoD Acquisitions

• STEM Degree

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Top Secret

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
