DUTIES: Responsible for washing dishes and all cooking materials by machine or hand, maintaining kitchen work areas and equipment in clean condition, sweeping and scrubbing floors, and sorting and removing trash. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. No experience necessary; will train. SCHEDULE: Minimum of 35hrs p/wk, on average 7hrs p/day and 5-days p/wk. Weekends and holidays required. HOURS: Various shifts are available but normally; 7am-2pm, 4pm-11pm or 11pm-6am daily. WAGE: Workers will be paid no less than \$16.58 p/hr, paid weekly. Returning workers and workers with more experience may be paid higher wage rates up to \$20.00 p/hr. Overtime hours may be available at a rate ranging from \$24.87-\$30.00 p/hr. LOCATION(S): Wequassett Resort and Golf Club, 2173 Rte. 28, On Pleasant Bay, East Harwich, 02645 LODGING: Optional, shared rooms and meals packages available, first come first served while available, for a fee of \$140-\$190 per week. Amount dependent on accommodations available and/or selected (not deducted from payroll). Limited daily transportation offered from arranged lodging. Eligible for health and dental insurance on the first of the month following 60 days of employment; 401K plan after six months of employment (given that the employee is 21 years of age or older). Initial transportation to begin the seasonal/peak employment (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence will be at least \$15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts. 2. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. 3. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. 4. The employer will use a single work week for computing wages starting Friday at 12:00am and ending Thursday at 11:59pm and the employee will be paid weekly. 5. H-2B workers will be reimbursed during the first workweek for subsistence, visa, visa processing and related costs, except passport costs, by company payroll. 6.
