To identify, attract, & deliver the perfect candidates for every open position, ensuring our teams are powered by the most capable & passionate professionals in the healthcare industry. Summary of duties: Craft & manage engaging job postings across various platforms, ensuring our opportunities shine. Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job specifications, leveraging the HR team\'s expertise to fine-tune job descriptions. Energize our team with monthly internal emails highlighting open positions & the perks of referrals. Employ a blend of advertising, recruiters, job sites, & career fairs to cast a wide net for top talent. Cultivate strong connections within social & professional circles to tap into a rich pool of candidates. Guarantee every internal applicant an interview, showcasing our commitment to internal growth & opportunities. Rigorously evaluate resumes to identify the best matches, streamlining the selection process for our hiring managers. Facilitate initial video screenings, paving the way for promising interactions with the hiring team. Provide candidates with a comprehensive overview of the role & our company\'s vision, setting clear expectations. Offer personalized preparation & feedback for candidates at each interview stage, enhancing their experience. Promptly gather & relay interview feedback, maintaining a seamless communication flow. Coordinate further interviews to ensure thorough evaluation, keeping candidates engaged. Maintain meticulous records of candidate progress, ensuring a transparent & organized selection process. Kindly communicate with those not selected, upholding our respect for all applicants. Conduct thorough reference & background checks, affirming the integrity of our hiring process. Stay ahead of sourcing trends & strategies, continuously improving our recruitment approach. Adhere to all regulatory requirements, ensuring our recruitment practices meet federal & state laws. Work environment: Travel to all 3 sites as needed What we need from you: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experience 1 - 3 years recruiting experience Experience in candidate sourcing solutions Experience with Paycom helpful Knowledge of relevant employment legislation Proven track record of success Must be able to clearly & professionally communicate with applicants as well as all levels of management High attention to detail with a personalized touch Ability to work independently with minimal direction Proactive, passionate, & responsive Ability to multi-task & appropriately prioritize tasks Must handle confidential information in a professional manner Reliable transportation to travel to OCHS sites & work events
