Acadia Healthcare Per Diem Front Desk Receptionist in Haverhill, Massachusetts



  • Operate telephone switchboard, route calls, convey messages and provide information to callers as appropriate and as authorized.

  • Perform reception and information duties. Greet and direct visitors. Have visitors sign in and out.

  • Maintain listing of current patients.

  • Insure that only authorized patient and/or business information is given to visitors and callers.

  • Maintain neat and organized workstation.

  • Treats patients, their families, visitors, and other staff members with respect, courtesy and compassion.

  • Demonstrates teamwork by possessing a considerate, friendly, and constructive attitude, and by the ability to work openly and honestly with other staff members with flexibility, support, and cooperation


  • General computer knowledge and typing ability.

  • Ability to communicate in an efficient and pleasant manner.

  • Must be able to maintain composure under extremely busy circumstances
