We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in Haverhill, Massachusetts. This role is integral to our operations, requiring the successful candidate to manage our multi-line phone system, provide exceptional customer service, and handle data entry and email correspondence tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Answering multi-line phone system and directing calls to the appropriate parties.

• Providing excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and colleagues.

• Managing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

• Handling email correspondence professionally and promptly.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for various tasks.

• Maintaining an organized filing system for easy access to information.

• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.

• Leveraging interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Requirements • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems

• Excellent customer service skills

• Experience with data entry tasks

• Familiarity with email correspondence and communication

• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and staff

• Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel for data management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management

• Ability to use Microsoft Word for document creation and editing

• Experience in organizing files both electronically and physically

• Skills to schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
