Linden Ponds is a beautiful 108-acre continuing care retirement community located just 24 miles from Boston on the South Shore in Hingham, Massachusetts. We are looking for a General Services Coordinator for our senior living community. These role acts a liaison between our residents and Maintenance and Housekeeping teams. Strong Customer Service and Computer skills are required.
How you will make an impact:
Answer calls, take requests, and follow up on work orders from residents and staff.
Enter, distribute and complete all work orders through the Mainstar Program, generating reports as needed.
Maintain the schedules and work orders for Housekeeping and Maintenance.
Organize, maintain and update the program records, including residential apartment and vendor information for billing purposes.

Compensation: commensurate with experience starting at $20 hourly
What you will need:
High school diploma or GED
Computer skills, including the ability to type, create documents, and work within our in-house, company-specific programs.
Office experience preferred.
Previous experience with working with the senior population preferred.
