NGS Program Mgmt Gov’t Coord
Locations: IN-Indianapolis, MA-Hingham, MD-Baltimore, ME-South Portland, NY-East Syracuse, PA-Harrisburg and TX-Denison.
Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model with pulse point sites (major office) used for collaboration, community, and connection. This position has an on-site requirement of 1-2 days/week. Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location listed above.
The NGS Program Mgmt Gov’t Coord is responsible for coordinating the communication, deliverables, and integration projects for one or more National Government Services (NGS) contracts.
National Government Services (NGS) is a proud member of Elevance Health’s family of brands. We administer government contracts for Medicare and partner with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to transform federal health programs.
How you will make an impact:
Gathers, writes, validates and updates training material, end-user documentation, operations manuals and technical user guides to support future maintenance and problem solving.
Identifies operational and strategy improvement opportunities.
Actively seeks, evaluates and understands information needed to make effective decisions.
Promptly escalates issues to PMO management.
Provides oversight of document control procedures including: initiation, development, completion, and annual evaluation of SOPs for all critical functions within the unit.
Identifies continuous improvement opportunities.
Tracks internal and external customer satisfaction data as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
Identifies and recommends areas for process improvement and provides analysis as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 5 years Medicare operations experience that includes communications and/or contract administration; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
This position is part of our NGS (National Government Services) division which, per CMS TDL 190275, requires foreign national applicants meet the residency requirement of living in the United States at least three of the past five years.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Experience with Project Management methodology preferred.
Strong proficiency in writing skills highly preferred.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $59,920 to $89,880.
