Adecco is currently assisting recruiting for machine operators to work from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Monday-Friday in Holliston, Massachusetts. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with pay starting at $24.20 an hour. A high school diploma, the ability to lift up to 50lbs, and prior machine operator experience is required. Responsibilities include:

  • Uses judgement to plan, perform, make decisions and improvements as to the sequence of operations and processes in coordination with other departments.

  • Collaborates with other Dept Leads/Supervisors to coordinate daily production needs.

  • Inspects first piece of raw material, work in process (WIP) and all fabricated parts.

  • Reads and interprets blueprints checking parts to prints to ensure that parts are manufactured to the specifications. Reviews and interprets job aids and shop orders.

  • Uses measuring instruments, such as verniers and gauges, to measure material; make necessary adjustments to ensure quality parts.

  • Performs math calculations to correctly setup machine.

  • Reads, interprets, and completes routine paperwork; records proper information to ensure accuracy of inventory.

Pay Details: $24.20 per hour
