Berkshire Healthcare Administrative Assistant in Holyoke, Massachusetts
_Full Time Monday-Friday_
Previous experience required. Must have professional verbal and communication skills, multitasking, interpersonal customer service and organizational skills, proficient in MS Office such as, Excel and Power Point. Duties to include multiple phones, scheduling, logging, billing and clerical tasks.

Demonstrates an awareness of, a respect for and attention to the diversity of the people with whom they interact (persons served, personnel, families/caregivers, and other stakeholders) that is reflected in attitudes, behavior and services.
Provides outstanding customer service and administrative support to internal and external customers including Loomis House team members, residents, families and vendors.
Provides administrative and logistical support including, but not limited to: correspondence, transportation scheduling, take minutes, maintain records, special projects using MS Office such as; Word, Power Point, and Excel.
Manages financial transactions by collecting monthly fees. Prepares bank deposits and manages cash for casual dining, resident store and petty cash.
Provides support to receptionist and security when needed.
3-5 years as a secretary, experience in healthcare preferred
5 years experience with MS Office Suite
Associates Degree or continuation in business courses required
Must be a self-motivator, able to work without direct supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in spreadsheets, Power Point graph presentation, and typing (60 WPM)
Excellent communication skills, with comfort dealing with residents, family members, business leaders, customers, and the general public
Organization and ability to prioritize
Must adapt well to stressful situations and deadlines
