Care Implementation Champion: Execute physician orders and nursing interventions while adhering to facility policies and the scope of practice set by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing. Care Planning Partner: Be an active participant in resident care planning. Your data collection and support of our nursing department\'s philosophy, goals, and objectives are crucial for success. Safety Guardian: Uphold safety, security, and infection control policies. Your watchful eye ensures resident well-being and a secure environment for all. Change Sentinel: Monitor residents\' conditions consistently, promptly reporting significant changes to supervisors, physicians, and responsible parties. Your accurate and timely documentation is key to optimal care. Education Enthusiast: Participate in educational programs, enhancing your expertise. What We\'re Looking For: Licensure Luminary: Hold a current LPN or RN license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Clinical Experience Expert: Bring recent experience in long-term care, acute care, or home care to our team. Observation Maestro: Showcase your skilled observation and teamwork prowess. Knowledge of MDS and Care Planning in skilled nursing facilities is a plus. Strength & Adaptability: Safely handle essential job functions, even with reasonable accommodation.
