Holyoke Medical Group (HMG) is a physician group practice affiliated with Valley Health Systems, Inc., the parent company of Holyoke Medical Center. HMG provides a broad range of physician services in offices conveniently located throughout Western Massachusetts. Services include adult primary care, family medicine, pediatrics, and walk-in care. Our Holyoke Primary Care physician practice is seeking an LPN to provide nursing care and assist in the coordination of that care including follow up and referrals, as necessary. Facilitates optimal clinical workflow; assists each provider during patient visit including procedures; prepares supplies, equipment and instruments for patient procedures; participates in patient education. REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of an accredited program for Licensed Practical Nurses; current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; current CPR; two years of experience in a physician\'s office.
