Holyoke Community College Manager of Technical Operations in Holyoke, Massachusetts
Manager of Technical Operations Reporting to the CIO, the Manager of Technical Operations is a multi-faceted position with hands-on leadership responsibilities in the Information Technology Department. This position works closely with the CIO, members of the IT Department, the college community and is an active member of the Department?s IT Leadership Team. The Manager of Technical Operations has a lead role in ensuring effective IT Department operations, promotes effective and efficient delivery of services and acts as project lead alongside other technical staff, providing input, support and guidance to team members.
