It takes something special to drive the development and implementation of new and exciting products and services. That’s a job for our Services Project and Program Management team within Professional Services. The team works closely with sales, customer service, partners, customers and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams. Together, they manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high risk projects - from design to delivery.
Develop standard security solutions for Converged Infrastructure, Data Protection, Storage and cloud managed services offerings
Analyze and develop cyber security compliance processes and procedures
Evaluate compliance to processes and procedures and industry information security frameworks
Maintain quality relationships with delivery and operations teams, and customers
Experience with best practice security operations domains (identity and access management, security logging and monitoring, vulnerability management, etc)
Experience with assisting operations teams in evaluating security compliance requirements and gaps
Ability to report on security compliance status and remediation requirements
Ability to develop process and procedures
Experience with industry frameworks such as ISO27000, SSAE18 SOC 1 and SOC 2, HIPPA and PCI
Familiarity with a Managed Services environment
CISSP, CISA, CISM or other information security related certifications
Project management experience
Typically requires 8+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
