Reports to the Medical Director and functions within the parameters and supervision requirements of the MA Board of Registration in Nursing. Provide comprehensive, quality medical care and coordination services to patients.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Huntington, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

Community Health Organization. Main site in Huntington, MA with potential assignments in Worthington, MA and Amherst, MA as needed. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (rotating Saturday morning coverage 8am-12pm).
