Description We are offering an opportunity for an entry-level Accountant to join our team based in Hyannis, Massachusetts. The role involves managing our clients' accounts payable processes, utilizing various accounting software systems, and performing accounting functions. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the accounts payable processes for clients

• Use accounting software systems to manage and organize financial data

• Perform account coding as part of daily tasks

• Utilize Dynamics NAV and other ERP solutions to improve accounting functions

• Use Adobe Acrobat for document management and presentation

• Perform account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Prepare accounting entries in accordance with financial policies and regulations

• Conduct regular account reconciliation to prevent discrepancies

• Manage and process accounts payable (AP) effectively and efficiently. Requirements • Proficient in Account Coding and Accounting Entries

• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Dynamics NAV

• Experience with ERP Solutions is a must

• Has the ability to perform Account Analysis and Account Reconciliation

• Knowledge in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Proactive and able to work independently and in a team

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks

• Must demonstrate professional ethics and should be familiar with the regulatory standards in accounting

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.
