We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our front office team. Qualified candidates will have strong organization skills, attention to detail, & the ability to multi-task while achieving daily timeline goals. An ideal candidate will have experience using QuickBooks & Excel. Additionally, the person we are looking for will possess strong verbal, written communication skills, & have a professional demeanor. Pay commensurate with experience. We offer competitive wages & benefits. Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Data entry into QuickBooks & Excel master spreadsheets Process client billing & invoices as directed Answer main office phone & provide professional & pleasant customer service. Carry out general administrative duties as directed including filing, mailing invoices & supporting the operations team as needed A strong proficiency in QuickBooks & Excel is desired, but not required. We will train a candidate with demonstrated problem solving skills & the desire to learn. This is a full-time position - 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.
