Affordable Housing Coordinator (AHC) has oversight of 52 units of affordable housing throughout Town of Barnstable. Successful candidate must be well-organized, logical, and sensitive to those in all socio-economic situations. Candidate must possess valid driver\'s license and have a reliable vehicle. Must be able to successfully pass a CORI and SORI. Occasional travel for seminars and training may be required.
