Be the link between local businesses and MassHire Cape and Islands Career Center resources that can help them not only survive but THRIVE! Develop relationships with local businesses, help resolve gaps in their staffing and build talent pipelines, help identify ways they can retain and train their staff and be their \"go-to\"when they have questions about Labor Market Information. Connect local employers to grant funded programs offered through the state to train new and incumbent workers. You will also help coordinate small to large hiring events and informational round table opportunities with local employers.
