Our company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Enhancement Foreman to join our team. As a Landscape Enhancement Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising crews, completing projects as per the estimate bid, and training and mentoring crew members. Responsibilities Supervise and manage landscape crews Complete projects according to the estimate bid Train and mentor crew members Drive a truck with a trailer safely (preferred but not required) Qualifications Minimum of 2 years? experience in the landscape industry Experience in masonry installation, planting softscapes, and using large machines (preferred) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and leadership skills Valid driver?s license (REQUIRED) Compensation The salary for this position ranges from \$25.00-\$32.00 per hour. Overtime is regularly available. Positive Attitude (optional) FINE GARDEN/HORT FOREMAN Description Our company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fine Garden/Horticulture Foreman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our client\'s gardens, training and supervising crew members, and ensuring the completion of projects as per the estimated bid. Responsibilities Perform maintenance of client gardens, including perennial, annual, and vegetable gardens. Install and maintain seasonal container gardens, Fall plantings, and holiday decor. Conduct light pruning of ornamental shrubs and small trees. Attend safety training and other staff meetings as directed. Supervise and mentor crew members. Complete projects as per the estimate bid. Drive a truck with a trailer safely (preferred, but not required). Qualifications Minimum of 2 years? experience in the landscape industry. Basic plant identification knowledge and experience in planting hardscapes. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and safely operate various landscaping equipment.
