Shepley Wood Products, Inc. Non CDL Driver in Hyannis, Massachusetts
The Driver Non-CDL position is responsible for the daily delivery of building materials & millwork to varying job sites. This position also helps with loading materials accurately & efficiently on to the trucks. The Driver Non-CDL acts as a highly-visible representative of Shepley on job sites & on the road. Position Responsibilities: Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to: Making safe & timely deliveries & picking-up returns from job sites. Assisting in loading trucks & completing required documentation of each delivery. Inspecting vehicles on a daily basis. Checking truck per DOT & completing DOT forms. Acting as a positive representative of Shepley on job sites & on the road. Providing excellent customer service both at Shepley\'s locations & on job sites. Following all safety requirements both on & off the road. Qualifications: Knowledge of Cape Cod towns, map reading, & millwork materials preferred. Motivated & professional. Interested in obtaining their Class B CDL license is a plus. (We also welcome candidates who already have their CDL license.) Simple math skills. Excellent customer service skills & a positive attitude are required. High School diploma or equivalent needed.
