Retail Merchandiser Part Time

ActionLink connects people with the brands they love. Our team of specialty field electronic reps visit major box stores to service, build, and maintain promotional displays for our innovative clients such as Microsoft®, Samsung®, Bose®, among many others.

WHEN & WHERE WILL YOU WORK?

• 10 - 15 hours per week

• Retail visits are scheduled and completed Mondays through Fridays (Although Monday - Wednesday is preferred) as early as 7 AM

• Visits are conducted in a 30 mile radius of Hyannis, MA

• Best Buy at 793 Iyannough Rd, Ste A, Hyannis, MA 02601is the center of the territory radius

• Rep also needs to cover Falmouth and preferably cross the Bourne Bridge into Wareham / Plymouth

• All candidates who receive a written offer of employment will be required to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screen dependent on program and or retailer requirements in accordance with applicable laws.

PAY & BENEFITS:

This role operates on a 2-tiered pay rate system depending on the specific in-store task being done:

• $16.50 / hour for General Merchandising tasks - these are routine, visual maintenance assignments such as product stocking/placement, updating signage, auditing inventory, tidying up the display, basic endcaps, changeouts, etc.

• $18.00 / hour for Merchandising Plus tasks - these are more advanced, technically involved assignments such as electronic device set ups/hook-ins, power functionality, display troubleshooting, interactive installations, etc.

• $20.00 / hour for Special Execution Projects - these are less frequent, but the most advanced-level tasks with highest execution standards involving complex interactive display installations and troubleshooting, working independently or as part of a team

• Paid Training, Drive Time, and Mileage

• W2 Employment with Biweekly Pay

ARE YOU A MATCH?

• Previous 3PL Experience

• Strong detail-orientation to follow sets of written instructions and display diagrams

• Ability to work independently without direct in-person supervision as a remote field employee

• Access to reliable transportation to cover our retail vendor locations

• Must be able to travel outside of the 30 Mile Radius if business needs warrant

• Access to internet, basic hand-held tool set, and smart phone or tablet with Wi-Fi/GPS

• Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Access to a laptop/Desktop computer
