Cape Cod Healthcare, Inc. Wireless Coordinator & Trainer in Hyannis, Massachusetts

Purpose of Position: To oversee and report on telecommunication asset management inventory and provide excellent training services to end users of wireless devices throughout CCHC. Manage CCHC wireless devices inventory, including research and evaluation of available wireless devices and services offerings; requisition of new equipment; control inventory of accessories; manage tracking of device disbursement. Provide tracking and distribution of wireless devices based upon employee\'s role and security level access; work with end users to problem-solve equipment issues. Manage pager technology to include, but not limited to, ordering, issue and returns. Support Spok Switchboard software, including updating databases, call statistics and requested reports. Support and maintain Telecommunications databases. Assist Manager develop project coordination of new device rollout. Train end users on use of wireless devices. Set up and use MDM (Mobile Device Management) system to secure mobile devices. Assist Telecommunications Manager in strategic planning for wireless procurement and deployment. Assist Telecommunications Manager with Telecommunications usage and expenditures, including preparation of spreadsheets, databases and presentation documents. Serve as a resource for Telecommunications Technicians. Attends departmental and user meetings as required. Performs other administrative and work related duties as requested. Qualifications Associate\'s degree required or an equivalent amount of related experience (2-4 years) and education. Ability to read, write and communicate in English. 5 years\' experience working with Mobile Device Management software system in managing wireless devices. Ability to independently recognize and resolve technical issues relating to wireless technology. Ability to prioritize and follow-up on assignments with minimum direction. Valid Massachusetts driver\'s license for automobiles. Use of personal vehicle required. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products. Knowledge of electronic filing methods and techniques. Knowledge of electronic filing methods and records management techniques. Knowledge of budgetary principles and practices. Schedule Details: 40 hours per week, 8a-4p, Monday-Friday, occ. weekends and holidays
