Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the Education industry, located in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, United States. The role is for an HR Recruiter. This position is integral to our team, responsible for processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries. Additional responsibilities include monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records

• Resolve any customer credit inquiries in a timely manner

• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly

• Take appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments

• Provide receptionist duties as needed, including answering calls and directing inquiries

• Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

• Continually update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.

Requirements • Possess a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, procedures, and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Proficient in the use of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Experience in performing receptionist duties, including managing phone calls and correspondence.
