Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to travel from site to site, repairing HVAC units on construction trailers and assisting with installations. You will drive a company vehicle to various locations, complete work orders, and ensure all HVAC systems are functioning efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Travel to different job sites to repair HVAC units on construction trailers.

• Assist with the installation of HVAC systems on site.

• Drive the company vehicle to various locations to complete work orders.

• Repair compressors and change belts as needed.

• Perform general preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues.

• Utilize hand tools and blueprints to complete tasks.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of HVAC experience.

• 3+ years of service experience.

• Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting and repair.

• Experience with preventive maintenance and installation.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal certification preferred.

• Formal schooling or training on HVAC equipment is preferred.

Work Environment

Work primarily at commercial construction job sites, driving from site to site and working inside construction trailers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
