Lawrence General Hospital Assistant Trauma Program Manager in Lawrence, Massachusetts
The Assistant Trauma Program Manager is an RN who works in collaboration with the Trauma Program Manager (TPM) and the Trauma Registrar (TR) to facilitate the Trauma Quality Improvement Program at Lawrence General Hospital, The position scope includes areas of clinical, administrative, and educational activities as well as responsibility for quality improvement initiatives and trauma registry data collection, processing and analysis.
The ATPM spearheads innovative projects for system improvement that affects patient outcomes across the multidisciplinary team. Assures compliance with the trauma care standards set by the American College of Surgeons and the Trauma Quality Improvement Program (TQIP.) Provides coordination and facilitation of performance improvement activities including data collection, analysis, trending and benchmarking of data outcomes.
Current Massachusetts RN licensure required
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
Minimum five years experience in emergency/critical care in an acute care setting
