We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Controller in the healthcare industry, based in Winchester, Massachusetts. As a Controller, you will play a critical role in overseeing the accounting and operations function of our organization. You will manage a small team and handle the month-end close, demonstrating your expertise in integration and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the overall accounting functions of the organization

• Lead a small team to ensure smooth operations

• Own the month-end close process and ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met

• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate financial records

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable to maintain good cash flow

• Conduct regular audits to ensure financial information accuracy and adherence to financial regulations

• Oversee budget processes and implement financial strategies

• Utilize 3M, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and Crystal Reports to streamline processes

• Handle acquisition integration and implementation processes

• Leverage skills in accounts payable, accounts receivable, auditing, and month-end close.

Requirements • Proficiency in 3M

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Demonstrated ability in using CRM

• Proficiency in Crystal Reports

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proven skills in Auditing

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Capable of handling Month End Close tasks

• Experience in Acquisition Integration

• Knowledge of Implementation processes
