Description Overview: Leominster Manufacturer of molded thermoplastics seeks individual to work closely with Injection Molding Department managing molding shift activities, document molding processes, and improve molding department efficiencies. Work on interesting projects in Safety, Lighting, Automotive, Medical and Military. 2nd Shift 4 day Schedule. Responsibilities include: Troubleshoot and document injection molding processes Set up first run molded items Coordinate with other departments to optimize processes with the goal of reducing rejects Work closely with quality dept to ensure good production workmanship Work with customers as needs arise Minimum Requirements: Four years experience with injection molding of engineering thermoplastics Strong English written and verbal communication skills Desired Qualifications Experience with PMMA & PC Materials Experience with hot oil units for process control ISO 9001 experience Comprehensive benefits including health insurance and 401(k) Job Type: Full-time Pay: \$22.00 - \$26.00 per hour Expected hours: 36-45 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Referral program Tuition reimbursement Schedule: 10 hour shift Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Plastics injection molding: 4 years (Preferred) Shift availability: Night Shift (Required) Ability to Relocate: Leominster, MA 01453: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
