Description
Train and coach team members on their roles and responsibilities and ensure they are meeting all Brand and food safety standards.
Train restaurant team members and ensure completion of required training using Brand and franchisee's tools.
Help onboard restaurant team member using Brand and franchisee tools and systems.
Ensure restaurant team can execute new product rollouts
Communicate clearly with restaurant team members and managers.
Serve as a role model for restaurant team members.
Provide great guest service and coach restaurant team members to do the same.
Requirements
Basic Computer Skills
High School diploma or equivalent
