We are looking for a Recruiter to help grow an established office. This is an entry level position, and we are willing to train the right kind of person. This position is a Full-time role. This job faces unique challenges and is looking for people who are: Creative and effective at quick problem solving Persistent through moments of negative results and hurdles Compassionate and looking to help the community and in turn, the company Someone who is committed to showing up to work every day And Finally, must be comfortable over the phone and speaking with a wide array of people. Requirements: Spanish / English Bilingual required Interview between 10-20 people a day and / or make 40-65 calls a day Proficiency in multiple computer software applications is necessary Ability to build rapport with all employees Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter and motivated Reliable and Responsible Responsibilities Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees Promote new and existing business development through prospecting and account management Assist in managing the timecard process Managing a fast-paced / High volume recruiting portfolio On-board and discuss protocols of new temporary employees Daily use of Applicant Tracking System and written email communication Accurately maintain employee files Responsibilities include: Greeting and helping applicants in a friendly manner Managing paperwork and organizing office to company standards Calling prospects and any applicants that may fit a current client\'s needs. .
