Job Title: DD&T Workday Recruit and Talent Management Platform Manager

Location: Lexington, MA / Hybrid role

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: Customer / stakeholder facing role supporting Workday Recruit integrations. The role is responsible for managing and optimizing integrations for the organization's Digital Talent Acquisition / Recruit landscape. The central application for Talent Acquisition (TA) integrations is Workday Recruit and feeds various third-party applications (Paradox, Hiredscore, Gloat, Avature, Korn Ferry, among others). This role requires a holistic understanding of all the integration touch points and dependencies, to successfully advise Talent Acquisition stakeholders accordingly. This role also supports Talent Management areas also (Talent Card, Third-party applications that support Talent Mgmt.)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer facing role requiring collaboration and partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, define project scope and provide work effort required.

  2. Manage/Oversee integration development for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management from outsourced vendor.

  3. Partner with Product Owners in order to understand their business needs, plan and formulate solutions and deliver products/solutions accordingly.

4.Deliver IT solutions that allow the business to reach its strategic objectives and are implemented in a cost-efficient and high-quality manner.

  1. Advise stakeholders on best practice and approach for integration development to align with sustainability of solution.

  2. Perform analysis, design, supporting build of solutions according to Takeda standards.

  3. Develop overall design and change control documentation; Comply with DD&T Change management procedures according to Takeda standards, policies, and procedures

  4. Issue resolution and troubleshooting for questions that arise related to these integrations.

  5. Oversee the capture and assignment of user enhancement requests to support one or more solutions.

  6. Integration testing for any new development, integration, or changes.

  7. Ensure compliance with data security regulations and organization policies.

  8. Provide technical support, training, and guidance to users on understanding the integrations effectively.

Qualifications/Skills Required:

  • 5+ years experience in managing Workday Recruit and Workday Integrations

  • Detailed understanding of Workday Recruit and reporting and implementing API integration solutions (WWS, Raas).

  • Experience with Workday HCM to understand fields relevant that integrate with Workday Recruit.

  • Working knowledge and Experience with Workday Studio and BIRT (used in Offer letters, Talent card) as well as XSLT and XML.

  • Excellent/strong system analytical skills for determining best integration solutions and for issue resolutions.

  • Strong project management skills outlining and capturing overall tasks (relevant to DD&T) required during a project.

  • Experience working with WWS and RAAS solutions with third party vendors.

  • Experience with Workday security for creating ISUs (Integration system users) and correct integration groups.

  • Excellent leadership, and Face-to-Face interpersonal skills, Strong interest in collaborative work with customers. Requires ability to successfully facilitate and lead meetings across functional teams.

  • Excellent oral/written communication skills, and business acumen for problem-solving and system analysis.

  • Expert in concepts and methodology of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) (Requirements gathering, Design documentation, data mapping, various levels of testing, cutover planning, etc.)

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred experience

  • Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing tool as well and JIRA.

  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Previous experience with a large, matrixed organization

  • Previous experience in software selection, vendor management

U.S. Base Salary Range:

133,000.00 - 209,000.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
