Position: Senior Subcontracts Administrator

Location: Westford, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Length: Direct Hire

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to join the Research and Development Subcontracts team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required.

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant subcontracting experience.

  • Extensive experience with FAR and DFARS flow down requirements.

  • Experience negotiating terms and conditions.

  • Experience in evaluating, negotiating, pricing, and administrating firm fixed price, cost reimbursable, and time and materials type subcontracts.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (experience with SAP and SRM is preferred)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

  • Prior experience in Department of Defense and/or technology development environment is strongly preferred.

  • Professional certification in Purchasing or Government Contracting is preferred.
