USfalcon, Inc. Logistics Program Manager in Lincoln, Massachusetts

Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a Logistics Program Manager to work out of Hanscom AFB, MA. This position would be supporting the Kessel Run Division, which is within the USAF Digital Directorate.

Essential Duties:

  • As a member of the Kessel Run Logistics team, the employee will support, coordinate, and direct program activities from the procurement stage to the shipment of products.

  • Provide logistics and sustainment inputs to acquisition documents.

  • Participate in the Product Life Cycle Management process and suggest valuable proposals for the advancement of the Division.

  • Analyzing contractual commitments to vendors, customer specifications, design changes and other data relevant to the product under procurement process,

  • Planning innovative logistic techniques and developing logistic program activities throughout the life-cycle of product starting from the conceptual level to final delivery to the customer.

  • Documenting the methods and noting the changes that take place during the revisions in each logistics operation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Have a knowledge of IT system components including HW, SW and applications.

  • Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to work in a multi-disciplined environment with an adaptive personality.

  • Candidate should have excellent communication skills - both oral and written - and possess analytical skills to identify and fault isolate problems/issues, accurately assess relevance of information, generate, and evaluate alternatives, and provide solution recommendations

Education/ Certification:

  • BA/BS, 10 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 3 of which must be in the DoD OR, 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, 5 of which must be in the DoD.
