In this role, you'll be responsible for processing customer deposits, verifying transactions, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with team members to resolve any issues. Responsibilities

Debit Cards returned for address issue or Red Flag – physical log maintained, note place on member profile and then resolution of either sending to member after confirmation or destruction under dual control.

Returned Mail – Items returned for incorrect address. A no valid address flag is applied, statements and notices placed on a print hold. A note is applied to the member profile. If a forwarding address is noted on the returned item by the USPS, a letter with Account Change Form is sent to the address for signature to update record. When returned, address is updated, restrictions removed and Form scanned to member record in ECM.

Member Requests – Statements, in-clearing and deposited checks. Hardcopies produced and mailed to member or sent to branch for pickup.

Medicaid Applications – 5 years statements and in-clearing check copies for amounts $500 or more.

Mishandled Deposit Accounts – Charge off at 45 days for checking 90 days savings. eFunds records update and data entered on spreadsheet. Recoveries follow the same path with updates to spreadsheet and eFunds. Often a letter of payment is requested by the member.

Levies – Federal, State and Child Support. Freeze funds in account and submit funds at time frame listed on the requesting document.
