As the Operations Supervisor, you will work closely with the Assistant General Manager to ensure the seamless functioning of the hotel. Pay: $19 - $22 Per Hour

Responsibilities:
Assist in Operations with both property Bistro and FOH
Assist check-in/check-out procedures, telephone procedures, hotel amenities, and computer systems
Assisting in Brand standards & training new associates. Will provide coverage at the Front Desk as needed.
Assist with hotel Bistro operations
Monitor guest satisfaction reviews and scores with the General Manager and improve accordingly.
Ensure teams compliance Marriott & Company Standards
Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries, requests and issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner and resolves guest concerns.
Manage the housekeeping/laundry department as well as some housekeeping responsibilities as needed.
Work with other departments to ensure operations are running smoothly in tandem with one another

Requirements
Prior brand hotel experience preferred
Must have 1-3 years hotel hotel experience
Detail oriented with emphasis on building guest relationships
Must be available to work a flexible schedule
