YOUR ROLE AS A EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR As a new Executive Director at JGS Lifecare, you can expect to oversee daily operations, collaborate with department heads, and develop strategic plans to ensure the organization?s success. Your role will involve setting goals, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team. On a typical day, you?ll lead meetings, conduct site visits, and make decisions to drive the organization forward. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail. Your schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm, providing you with a predictable work routine to make a significant impact in the health care industry.
