What You’ll Do: We are currently seeking an experienced Application Analyst to work as part of our Information Services team to build, support and maintain our Microsoft SharePoint Online intranet. The Application Analyst will perform application functionality research services and will work with embedded business analytics or business area subject matter experts to help develop business requirements and build/configure the application to meet business requirements. There will be opportunities in this position to help advance SharePoint application adoption, learn about applications such as CRM and Microsoft Power Platform products, business intelligence/reporting applications in use within the organization, perform some data analysis, suggest process improvement opportunities, help develop training content and perform some project management work. Targeting candidates with:
Proficient SharePoint Online experience, with a moderate understanding of sales and service with CRM.
Proven ability to anticipate business needs and lead to sound decisions.
Strength in dealing with technical complexities of a financial institution and/or secure environment.
This position is Onsite, Hybrid, or Offsite. Candidates from MA, NH, and ME only. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30a.m. - 5:00p.m.
Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university; and
Three to seven years of related experience and/or training; or
Equivalent combination of education and experience
