We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for a well-established growing company. The CNC Machinist will be proficient and experienced with a variety of CNC machines while having the ability to produce products from various materials. Benefits:

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Set Up and Operation:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills, routers) according to programming instructions.

• Load and unload materials, tools, and fixtures.

• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Programming:

• Create or modify CNC programs using computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software.

• Verify and test programs to ensure accuracy.

• Quality Control:

• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.

• Use measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to verify dimensions.

• Maintenance:

• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure proper functioning.

• Report any equipment malfunctions or problems.
